aA FIELD TRIP to Greenfield Brewery, Saddleworth...

Last Saturday we made an excursion up to the Greenfield Real Ale Brewery in Saddleworth (get the train to Greenfield from Victoria) to meet up with the head brewer Tony and find out more about the excellent ales they produce. It's well worth a visit - you get an insight into how they brew, find out about the ingredients and most importantly, get to sample a fair amount of it. Get involved by dropping them a line here
