PLANK EP LAUNCH THIS SATURDAY

Right, first aA of the year is a return to the old school with the PLANK! EP launch above an old boozer The Ducie Bridge. It's located about one minutes walk from Victoria Station. Check this map here

As well as PLANK! giving us a lesson in their math rock equations, translations of 70s Deutsch pop and drawn out instrumental sketches, another of our new favourite bands and on a similairly Krauty tip come WARM DIGITS making the trip down from Newcastle. We saw them support Field Music end of last year and were very impressed - they have some suitable weird visuals too to accompany their motorik manifests. Opening up is a very special one off performance by DBH the alias for members of Nasdaq, Day For Airstrikes and Erma Vip which means it should be equally perverse and brilliant at the same time. aA Djs will be playing whatever happens to be at the top of their record bags from 8pm and it goes on til 1am. It's a fiver in on the door.

Coz we're feeling generous and get you all in the mood, here's a free PLANK! track 'Arse Nick': http://www.akoustikanarkhy.co.uk/plank/Arsenick.zip

You'll be able to get the EP on the night of course (ahead of it hitting the shops) or get it now from the aA shop (link it!) and recieve an ace remix from GALLOPS (listen to it on the aA Myspace

Finally aA T-shirts are available - though they're very underground. Take a look at this baby...

The T-shirts are available in a few colours. £10 a piece or 2 for £15! If you'd like further info drop us a line to hello@akoustikanarkhy.co.uk

cheers
